Awesome Weekend

Last week I got the privilege to go meet one of my friends from North Western College. I was able to go watch him play basketball with his teem in a tourney. It was a lot of fun and very educational. It was even more interesting because it was wheel chair basketball, which in my opinion was a lot more violent then regular basketball. These guys and girls have amazing upper body strength and have learned well how to multitask. Often times they would have to wheel down the court as they dribbled the ball. I was completely blown away. My friend, Joe, is number 42 on his teem and made many great shots. I was very happy I got the opportunity to see it and can't wait till his next game. :) (Joe and his team are in white and blue.)

Kade Aaron

Most of you know about my new baby brother, Kade Aaron. He is doing very well, and is eating a LOT. He was allowed to come home 1 week after birth so we were all very happy about that. Here are a few pictures of him. :)

Sioux Falls, SD

Kalai and I had the opportunity to travail with some friends to Sioux Falls, SD to compete in a tournament. The 5 hour car ride was quite enjoyable and the tournament was great. All of our friends who competed placed very high in at least one, and usually more, areas. Kalai placed 1st in Forms, and 2nd in Sparing. I placed 1st in Forms, 1st in Sparing, and 2nd in Weapons. Besides the competition it was just a great weekend to get out and hang out with our friends.
Here is the ring and group I competed in.
Under that is the ring and group Kalai competed in. Kalai was the lowest belt of her category.

What's up

So, you may ask what this blog is for. Why do I need one? Well I don't really need one but I thought it would be nice to have because I do a lot and I can't always tell everyone about it. I don't like the thought of all I do closed up, I would like others to know me and know what I am up to in my life. Well, I guess that sums up what I am trying to say. So I hope you can enjoy the blog as much as I hopefully will enjoy doing it.
